Hi, I'm Anwar — personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of Train with Swan. I help clients build strength, move better, and feel confident through evidence-based training and sustainable nutrition.

My fitness journey started in 2003. At fifteen I began weight lifting as part of an afterschool programme for athletes. In 2015 I began my career as a certified personal trainer in Los Angeles — building a practice around intelligent progression and long-term health.

I believe strength training is instrumental in experiencing life fully. Inspiring others to do exactly that is why I'm here.
